Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer to you an exchange or a refund of your full order amount within 30 days of receipt. Returned T shirts may be opened, but must be unworn and unwashed. Returned cards, stationary, and gifts may not be opened.

If the order was in error because of our own fault or if the items were defective, we will also pay the return shipping cost.

How to Return an Item

Within your order, you will receive an invoice and "Returns & Exchanges Form." Please fill that out, repackage the item, and ship it, preferably by USPS. When we receive and process your return, we will send you an email notification.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item(s) we would be more than happy to help you. Simply fill out the "Returns & Exchanges Forms" and specify exactly what you are returning and what you would like to have exchanged. The cost of shipping to us will be your expense,but we will ship the return out to you for free.

If the order was in error because of our own fault or if the items were defective, we will also pay the return shipping cost.
